My name is Noah

A few years ago, I was trapped in the same loop most people are in.
​I’d enrolled into a corporate job without ever asking myself why I wanted it. I felt lost, empty and spent hours every day watching strangers live their “dream” life online.

I tried to cut back... deleted apps, turned off notifications and used every internet hack I could find.

read over ten books like Atomic Habits by James Clear, and listened to countless hours of podcasts like The Huberman Lab, learning everything I could about dopamine and attention..

Slowly, through trial and error, I started building my own system.
